When you submit the speaking inquiry form, we collect your name, organization, email address, phone number (optional), event details such as event name, date, location, audience size, event type, preferred topic, and budget range, your message, and your consent to be contacted.

When an invited guest submits the guest intake form for one of Lady K's hosted conversations, we collect their name, email address, phone number (optional), bio, website or social links (optional), proposed conversation topic, suggested questions (optional), availability and time zone, any accessibility needs they choose to share (optional), and their consent to be contacted.

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, assess whether an engagement is a good fit, prepare proposals, coordinate bookings, and protect the site from spam and abuse.

Guest intake details are used to review and prepare hosted conversations and to follow up with guests. Accessibility details are optional and used only to help a guest participate comfortably. Guest intake submissions are delivered by email to Lady K Speaks and are not published on this website.

We do not sell your personal information. Trusted hosting, email-delivery, and operational providers may process information as needed to run this website and deliver your inquiry.

Payment pages are provided by Stripe, and book purchase pages are provided by Amazon. These are external services governed by their own privacy policies and terms. This site does not collect card details. Other links to external websites are also governed by those sites' policies.

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, coordinate an engagement, and maintain business records.

We use reasonable measures to protect the information you share. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is intended for event planners and adult decision-makers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete the inquiry information you submitted by emailing ladykspeaksthetruth@gmail.com.
